Red High Brightness jumbo blinking light emitting diode 10mm 276-020
Combines an M-O-S integrated driver and a red High- Brightness LED within a 10mm housing. Because the resistance of the M-O-S driver Transistors limit the current through the LED, no external current limiting resistor is necessary. Can be driven directly by CMOS and TTL Circuitry
